Introduction

By accessing, purchasing, or using any Trade2Sync product or service, you (“User”, “Client”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement and supersede any prior understanding or agreement (oral or written) between you and Trade2Sync.

Nature of Service

Trade2Sync provides Trade2Sync Classic- a digital Windows software, Trade2Sync Infinity- cloud based system license designed to automate and forward Telegram-based trading signals into MT4, MT5, cTrader, DXTrade or TradeLocker platforms, and Trader Protector.

Due to the nature of the service:

  • Access and license delivery are instant and digital via email upon successful payment.
  • All usage begins immediately after access credentials are sent, unless a specific access delay is explicitly stated on the purchase page.

Compatibility Requirements

Trade2Sync Classic software is only compatible with Windows OS. It will not run on macOS, unless via a Windows VPS setup.

  • OS compatibility is clearly disclosed on product pages.
  • No refunds will be issued due to OS incompatibility.

Digital Service Activation

Service is considered “delivered & received” once:

  • An access link and login credentials have been sent to the registered email.
  • The client logs in, activates, or attempts to access the dashboard or software.
  • Any usage, including partial (even 1%), is classified as service consumption.

Bank Statement Descriptor Notice

All payments will appear on your card or bank statement as Trade2Sync. Failure to recognize this descriptor and filing a dispute may be classified as a false claim. Such cases are treated as invalid disputes and subject to evidence-based chargeback reversals.
